Refills can be done by phone or internet, whichever you prefer. For internet refills, please use the form below to request your prescription refill or food item. This will save you time when picking up your order. In most cases, your order will be ready on or before the next business day. In case the order item is not currently in stock, please allow 24-48 hours for prescription refills and 48-72 hours for food order processing. Delays will only occur if the item is not in stock and needs to be brought in from the supplier. We unfortunately cannot control any backorder issues from our suppliers but occasionally we can offer alternatives. Do not come to the clinic until you have received confirmation to pick up your order.
Note: All prescriptions require a CURRENT client-patient-veterinary relationship to be legally authorized. A yearly, comprehensive health exam, and appropriate bloodwork if indicated, is necessary prior to re-filling any prescription. This ensures that your pet is healthy enough to handle the potential side effects of some prescriptions and provides further confirmation that the medication is appropriate for your pet’s current condition.
